Who we are
This is the demo store for ShopNative WP, a mobile app template for WooCommerce stores made by Devapptics. The store and its brand, Ochre, are for demonstration only: products are not shipped and no real payments are taken. Website: https://shopnative-wp.devapptics.com.
What we collect
When you create an account, place a demo order or write a review, we store what you enter: your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number (optional), your orders and your reviews. We also store your password in encrypted form. We do not collect payment card details.
How we use it
Only to run the demo: to sign you in, show your orders and addresses in the app and on the website, and display your reviews. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send marketing email.
Cookies and the app
The website uses the cookies WooCommerce needs for the cart, checkout and sign-in. The mobile app stores your sign-in session securely on your device (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). The app does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Hostinger. Product photos come from Pexels. Orders on this demo use cash on delivery, so no payment provider receives your data.
How long we keep it
Demo accounts, orders and reviews may be deleted at any time without notice, and are removed regularly.
Your rights
You can see and change your details in My account, on the website or in the app. You can delete your account in the app (Account, then Delete account) or by emailing us, and you can ask for a copy of your data.
